Description:

The Foundation for Rehabilitation Equipment & Endowment provides donated adaptive equipment to low-income uninsured or under-insured adults. A medical professional must submit a letter of necessity. F.R.E.E. is not able to deliver equipment.

Types of equipment include:
-Walkers and wheeled walkers
-Canes and crutches
-Bath and toilet aids
-Manual and power wheelchairs
-Hoyer lifts
-Other specialty equipment
