Description:

Baby and Me is a 12-week parenting program through Virginia Beach Human Services designed to enhance bonding and baby play for children under 3 years old. Through the use of fun songs, books, and special safety session, parents are taught ways to prevent abuse and/or neglect. You must register in advance to participate. When in session, the program meets every Wednesday from 9:30-11AM at St Andrews United Methodist Church.
