The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline is a free, confidential, 24/7 service that provides support during pregnancy and postpartum - call, text, or chat online, available in English and Spanish. A counselor will listen to what you are going through, connect you with local support groups and organizations, and refer you to other health care professionals if you need more care. Partners and family are also encouraged to contact the Hotline.
