Project LINK-Behavioral Health Service Division

Description:

Project LINK connects pregnant and parenting women affected by substance abuse to support services. This program is available to residents of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk.

Services include:
- Case management services
- Assess individual needs and develop individual treatment plans
- Referral for Substance abuse treatment - CSB or community providers
- Referral for Medication management - CSB or community providers
- Referral for Mental health treatment - CSB or Community providers
- Referral to prenatal care, PCP
- Transportation to CSB appointments (if you do not have Medicaid transportation), HRT tickets
- Assistance with applying for public benefits-social security, social services
- Seeking Safety Curriculum
- Nurturing Parenting Program
- Linkages to community resources
