Description:

Provides vital housing repair and upgrade services to very low-income individuals, and families who are unable to help themselves due to sickness, disability, or lack of financial resources. The partnership utilizes volunteer labor, local contributions and grants to make emergency home repairs, plumbing ugrades (especially for dwellings without indoor plumbing), and in some cases, will raze an old structure and rebuild a house on the original site.
