Availability

---Assistance can be provided for both back and ongoing payments ---Assistance can be provided for both late fees and service fees. ---Attorney and Court Fees can not be paid with funds

---Proof of HIV+ Diagnosis ---Proof of income for all household members ---copy of current lease, mortgage or utility bill that documents the total amount owed

Eligibility

Clients must be: ---HIV+ or live in a household with an HIV+ individual ---At or below 80% AMI ---Living in their own apartment/house ---Able to provide proof of sustainable income (Household expenses may not exceed household income by more than $100) Clients may not: ---Be Residents of Section 8 or Public Housing ---Recieve more than $1500 of assistance within a 12 month period, if in a household of 2 people or less ---Recieve more than $2000 of assistance within a 12 month period, if in a household of 3 or more ---Recieve more than 21 weeks of assistance within a 52 week period
