Helping Other People EXCEL Inc. (H.O.P.E. Inc.) is a 501c3 non-profit Community Outreach Organization serving the Hampton Roads area. Through financial contributions, high quality programs and dedicated volunteers we educate, equip and empower youth and adults from their current situation to a brighter state in life. Our organization offers guidance assistance for our youth and adults pursuing a better future.
Programs include: continuing education, GED, college, training, job placement assistance, budgeting, credit counseling, homeownership and more
