Description:
Catholic Charities offers several financial and social services for Hampton Roads Residents.
- Financial counseling, financial education courses (in-person or virtual), and mortgage/tenant rights counseling
- Economic mobility programs (mentorship to help mothers increase income and achieve goals)
- Pregnancy and parenting support (one-on-one mentorship, free diapers every other month, and a one-time box of clothing up to 5T)
- Kinship care support groups (for those raising children of relatives)
- Mental health counseling (Sentara and Medicaid insurance are accepted, otherwise therapy is provided on an income-based sliding scale)
- Adoption services
- In-home respite and companion care (call or see website for cost)

Fees
Since CCEVA does not participate with health insurance companies, we will arrange payment of services on a sliding scale for those clients that need assistance. All other clients are self paid.
