Description:
Western Tidewater Free Clinic is a health home for uninsured, underinsured and underserved adults in Western Tidewater, delivering compassionate and high-quality health care through the following services: Medical Care, Dental Care, Vision Care, Womens Health Program, Medical Specialists, Partnerships, and Referrals, Mental Health Counseling, One-on-one Patient Education, Pharmacy services, and Referrals to Community-based Agencies.
Eligibility:
to meet eligibility requirements, patients must:
--- Be an adult, age 18 or older
--- Live in Suffolk, Franklin, or Isle of Wight, Southampton, Surry or Sussex counties
--- Live at or below 300% of the FPL
--- Have no health or dental insurance and not eligible for Medicare, or VA benefits
