THRIVE Peninsula offers several services to residents of Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, and Poquoson.

Utility, rent, and security deposit assistance is available to residents with stable income depending on availability. Please apply online and upload all required documents.

THRIVE can assist with obtaining vital documents such as IDs or birth certificates and applying for benefits such as SNAP, social security, TANF, and Medicaid

THRIVE offers one-on-one financial and employment coaching. Please call to set up an appointment.

THRIVE offers a 30-day bus pass if you have an offer letter of employment and need transportation assistance to start working.
