Olde Towne Medical Dental Center (OTMDC) is classified as a rural safety net clinic servicing the tri-county regions of The City of Williamsburg, James City County and York County.

At the heart of the Center's mission is the provision of preventative care and early intervention services to a vulnerable and disadvantaged population with services to children and their families a priority.

Program Fees:

Sliding Scale Copays Levels will be established at your eligibility appointment.

Eligibility:

Any uninsured resident of James City County, City of Williamsburg, and York County is eligible to receive healthcare services. Olde Towne Medical Center also accepts individuals with Medicare and Medicaid insurance. Uninsured patients may be eligible for a discount based on income, but they must supply proof of income.



OTMC does not accept private insurance and is unable to accept patient who have access to any Veterans Administration benefits.



Residents outside of James City County, City of Williamsburg, and York County may be eligible for services. Please call 259-3259 for current availability.
