Description:
The Potter's House ministry provides food, hygiene items, bikes/repairs (with proof of employment), assistance with IDs/Birth Certificates, and limited utility assistance (see below for more details).
Service hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30AM - 11AM
Bag Lunches - available to anyone
Food Pantry - available to Virginia Beach residents
Hygiene Items - available to anyone
Bikes/bike repairs - available to Hampton Roads residents with proof of employment, limit of one bike per year (repairs are unlimited as long as you remain employed)
Birth Certificates (Any Sate) and Virginia IDs - cost and application assistance is available to anyone. You must bring required documentation
Utility Assistance - Assistance with Dominion, HRSD, Water, and Virginia Natural Gas bills is available to Virginia Beach residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Assistance is limited to once per year and the total bill or payment plan amount must be under $500 (Potter!s House can only cover a portion). Bring the most current bill and your ID during service hours to apply.
